DISCOUNTS:
A Dash of Finesse Ltd. promotions and discount codes are valid for the time frame specified ONLY and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Minimum purchase prices apply. One discount code may be used per order. Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout - we will NOT go back and refund discount amount after purchase, no exceptions. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or combined with other offers.


CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order - please contact us within 1 business days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel after that time, you will receive store credit only to use on future purchase. We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order for any reason. In order to cancel your order, please contact hello@dashoffinesse.com using CANCELLATION in the subject area. Please note that there are NO refunds for digital products.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All Canadian orders for physical items are shipped within 14 business days and will be provided with a tracking number, unless it is a localized delivery being picked up - you will have tracking info sent to the email provided on your account/order when your order ships. A Dash of Finesse Ltd. is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or incorrectly delivered due to an address error - please be certain that the address provided for shipping is correct prior to checkout. If you have your order sent to the incorrect address, you will be responsible for return shipping to A Dash of Finesse Ltd. and reshipment to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international shipping, please contact us via hello@dashoffinesse.com. Please note when purchasing with A Dash of Finesse Ltd. we only charge for transport costs to your country. We cannot be not held liable for any customs fees charged by your country upon import of the goods.


PRODUCT DEFECTS:
If you believe your item to have a defect, please contact hello@dashoffinesse.com with your name, order number, details of the defect, and photographs displaying the defect within 3 days of delivery. It is the discretion of A Dash of Finesse Ltd. to determine conditions, causes, and the fault of possible defects of the item and offer a proper resolution in the form of an exchange, store credit, or other options that we see fit for each case.

OTHER:
We have SOLE OWNERSHIP of any and all designs we create, including custom designs. We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media. We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create including custom designs, in our online stores.
